Sustainable human capital strategies fuel profitability.

We want to change the way you think about your Human Capital.

Our story.

Bees Bridge was founded on the idea that companies dealing with human resource problems may be better off taking a fresh look at the way they manage their workforce – or, more accurately, their Human Capital.

As a boutique, woman-owned company, Bees Bridge strives to be Haute Couture, not just Prêt-à-Porter.

Company founder Hélène Le Moing did not want to create just another HR consulting company pushing one-size-fits-all solutions. In fact, she realized that organisational stability cannot be achieved without addressing the very challenge where these solutions fall short: employee engagement.

Inspired by the way bees work, Hélène developed a holistic, pragmatic methodology designed to create a better balance between the needs and expectations of employees and the organisation. The niche is defined. The name is self-evident. The methodology is robust. And so, this is how Bees Bridge has come to be!

Our vision.

We see a future where employees are seen as capital, not just a resource, that underpins the performance and profitability of the organisation. The ‘New Manager’ will be responsible for creating a safe, harmonious work environment where every employee feels empowered to capitalize on their respective skills, qualities, and experience.

Our mission.

Our mission is to drive positive outcomes for both the individual and the organisation. We focus on the individuals in your workforce to create healthier, more inclusive, and more sustainable work environment.

About the Founder.

Hélène Le Moing began her career in 1995 as an internal auditor at ALLIANZ and FINANZAUTO in Madrid, Spain. She excelled and showed an affinity for managerial responsibilities before taking a five-year break to focus on family and personal development in 2002.

Hélène joined TOTALENERGIES in 2007 in the Netherlands. Five years later, she moved into a role for which she had developed a real passion: Human Resources. The next 10 years helped shape Hélène’s broad, yet down-to-earth understanding of what makes a good HR Manager.

Nevertheless, she woke up on a Spring morning in 2021 to what became a life-changing journey from burn-out to recovery. Self-reflection gradually led her to what became two clear objectives: Set up her own business to guide companies in developing their own Human Capital strategy and, Start a PhD, researching on new HR roles to solve employee disengagement

Hélène Le Moing

“I have a much clearer view of who I am, what really matters in my life, and how I want to contribute to the world around me.”

Hélène holds a master’s degrees in Applied Languages from the Université Paris-Sorbonne and in International Affairs from Aix-Marseille Université. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the School of Business and Economics of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with a focus on the changing role of human resources in bossless companies that embrace bottom-up management models.
